These slides are from my presentation at the 2025 Kansas Landowners Conference hosted by the Department of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. They contain information on water use across Kansas, details on accessing water right information, and an overview of regional water resource concerns.

This work examines whether pre-planting soil moisture provides useful information in predicting yields.
